Turquoise blue chiffon evening or cocktail dress with deep V-neckline in front and back. The sleeves are long and there is a centre back zipper. The dress has a cumberbund waistline that is beaded. The dress has gathered pleats from the shoulders to the waistline and from the bottom of the cumberbund giving a tulip shape to the skirt. There are layers of chiffon creating this effect and the edges of these as well as the edge of the neckline are embellished with beading. The hemline of the dress falls below the wearer's knees.
